Refund Policy: Cancellations must be received in writing (info@ncbsonline.org ), or fax to (859) 406-8665. Cancellations received prior to March 1, will be issued a full refund. Any cancellation made after March 1 will be deducted a $60 cancellation fee. Cancellations received after March 17, 2010 is not entitled to a refund.
