It always pays to advertise with the National Council for Black Studies (NCBS).  Advertisements are welcomed from academic departments, social and financial institutions, businesses, professional organizations, and personal memories. 

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSIONS AND PAYMENTS:
FEBRUARY 1, 2010
